Starting production in 1970, İsdemir, the only steel producer in Turkiye that can also produce flat and long products, produces hot rolled sheet, plate and long products (billet and coil) at international quality standards.
İsdemir provides basic input to many sectors such as pipe manufacturing, shipbuilding, construction and manufacturing with its products and leads the development of the country's industry.
İsdemir's products are managed centrally together with the products of other companies and offered to customers by the sector-based structured staff of OYAK Mining Metallurgy Marketing and Sales Coordination.
Production at İsdemir is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001, TS EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, ISO TS16949 and TS EN ISO 50001 management system standards.
