Testing Laboratories
In our laboratories, the analysis of raw materials, auxiliary raw materials, ferroalloys, refractories, mineral oils, greases, mechanical spares, chemical materials, intermediate and final products and by-products in the process phase are performed for use in the iron and steel industry.
Our analysis process includes taking samples in accordance with international standards followed by performing the necessary physical, chemical and technological analyses and reporting the results.
The Pilot Coking Test Furnace available in our laboratory can perform coking of coals. Other analyses that can be performed in our laboratory include petrography analyses (maceral count and vitrinite reflectance) as well as component and calorie analyses of the gases produced in our facility along with proximate, ultimate, rheological, reactivity and drum tests and analyses related to coal and coke.

In addition, in the event of analysis requests submitted to our laboratory from outside the company, services are provided within the scope of the analyses included in the “Testing Laboratories Analyses Price List” given below, with the exception of sampling.
Our laboratories have the TÜRKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency) Accreditation Certificate numbered AB-0852-T issued within the scope of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories standard.
