The feedback we receive from our customers forms the basis of our new product development, strategic investment planning and customer technical service processes. Relevant feedback is received via ErdemirOnline and all stages and results of the review process can be tracked on the portal.

  • Getting Feedback

    Customer feedback received through the ErdemirOnline system is meticulously analyzed through continuous customer visits by the sales and product teams.

  • Preliminary Evaluation

    After receiving customer feedback, a preliminary assessment is made within 48 hours for automotive OEMs and within 8 working days for other sectors.

  • Technical Review

    Depending on the nature of the feedback, on-site technical and laboratory examinations are carried out.

  • Resolution and Trade Settlement

    As a result of the examinations, actions are taken and resolved. Subsequent commercial settlements are carried out entirely online through the ErdemirOnline system.
