İsdemir to recruit hourly paid workers
İsdemir, Türkiye's only and largest integrated facility capable of producing long and flat steel simultaneously, will recruit employees to work on an hourly paid basis in line with its growth strategy and business needs. Candidates interested in starting work at İsdemir can apply for two weeks from Monday to Friday, starting May 13.
Türkiye's global steel powerhouse, İsdemir, will recruit for hourly paid positions to meet its staffing needs. İsdemir, a key employer in the region, has been contributing to the economic and social development of Payas and İskenderun for 54 years through its employment initiatives.
The application process for İsdemir's hourly paid recruitment in 2024 will commence on May 13. Candidates can submit their applications at the Indoor Sports Hall, accessible from the İsdemir Cumhuriyet Gate, between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday, for two weeks from May 13 to May 24.
Candidates are required to have graduated from Electrical/Electronics/Energy, Industrial Automation, Machine Technology, Metal Technology, Metallurgical Technology, Motor Vehicles Technology fields of the vocational high schools and/or from Electrical-Electronics/Energy, Industrial Automation, Machine Technology, Metal Technology, Metallurgical Technology, Civil Defense and Firefighting fields of the vocational schools. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 26 (born on or after May 18, 1997, and before May 12, 2006) at the time of application. Preference will be given to those who have completed military service, are deemed suitable for working in high-risk job categories based on health examinations, and do not have any physical or mental conditions that may hinder job performance.
Candidates applying in person must provide their identity documents, while applications from first-degree relatives (including spouses and siblings) of candidates unable to apply in person will also be accepted. Following examinations and evaluations, successful candidates will be hired for hourly paid positions throughout the year.
